Registration Fees

VAT 22% is included in the fee

* Accompanying persons are the people who accompany the participants at the congress (a spouse, friend or adult child who is NOT working in the neuroscience related occupation or field). Accompanying persons may not attend the oral or poster scientific sessions.

On Site Registration

Registration on site will be possible during the entire Conference, within the opening hours of the registration desk.

Participant’s Dinner Ticket

Congress Participant’s Dinner will take place on September 28, 2019.

Payments

During registration you can choose one of the following payment methods:

Choosing “credit card” as a method of payment during registration, you will be redirected to the bank website to proceed with the payment online via sicure connection

Payment in Euro (€) must be made within 7 days from online registration

Confirmation of Registration

Letter of registration confirmation will be sent only after the full payment. If you still have not received the confirmation letter after completing the payment, please contact the secretariat at secretariat@sinsmeeting.com

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing (via email) to the secretariat (secretariat@sinsmeeting.com) and they will be processed according to the following policy (Please note that the cancellation or a refund request is not acceptable by phone):

In case of a refund request , the handling fee (EUR 30) will be deducted from the refund. Refund payments will be made after the Congress
